Marriage*He married Johanna de Rijk, daughter of Arent van Macassar and Constantia van Bengale, on 2 December 1725 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, Drakenstein, de Caep de Goede Hoop.3,4

12 January 1727, the name of Johannes was written in the record as Jan Claassen.5
