BirthOrigin*Rachael was from Batavia and was perhaps born there in 1663/64. She was said to be 27 or 28 years old in 1691.1 
Slave TransactionsOn 28 April 1691 Rachael van Batavia was sold by Theunis Dircksen Schalckwyck to Arije Gerts Prinsloo, for Rds. 100.2
On 11 July 1691 Rachael van Batavia was sold by Arije Gerts Prinsloo to Caspar Etlich, for Rds. 100. It was arranged that Etlig would pay within two years.3
On 29 December 1693 Rachael van Batavia was sold by Caspar Etlich to Jan Cotse, for Rds. 100.4
On 18 October 1694 Rachael van Batavia was sold by Jan Kotze to Roeloff van Wijck, for Rds. 115.5
