Slave TransactionsOn 6 June 1724 Marcus van Madagascar was sold from the estate of Stijenten de Brùijn to Gijsbert la Febvre, I have assumed the purchaser in this case to be Gijsbert la Febvre. He was one of the weesmeesteren who administered the estate and who apparently purchased a number of items from the estate. Corrections welcome.7
