Occupation* On 4 June 1697 Johan Willaars was a VOC employee, on the Catttendijck, a vessel of the return fleet.1 
Slave TransactionsOn 4 June 1697 Flores van Gerontale from the estate of Pieter de Rande by Laurens Witboom and Johan Willaars to Johannes Cleijn, for an unknown sum.2
On 23 November 1697 Isaak van Bengale on behalf of Johan Willaars by Johannes Cleijn to Christian Elers, for Rds. 70.3
