BirthOrigin*Baatje was from Macassar and was perhaps born there circa 1679. He was said to be 19 years old in 1698.1 
Slave TransactionsOn 25 April 1698 Baatje van Macassar and Salomon van Macassar were was sold on behalf of Jan van Hoorn by Hugo de Goijer to Jan Dircks de Beer, for Rds. 130.2
