BirthOrigin*Carel was said to be from Dutelori a location I have been unable thus far to identify. Did the scribe perhaps mishear Tuticorin? He was perhaps both at this location circa 1679. He was old enough to have professed his faith when baptised in 1699.1 
BaptismCarel van Dutelori was baptized on 21 June 1699 Nederduitsche Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town).2 
Names in the record, in publications, etc.Carel van Dutelori may be the same person named as Carel van Tuticorin on 21 June 1699.2
