BirthOrigin*Fytje was from Bengale and was perhaps born there circa 1686. The date is estimated, she was old enough to witness a baptism in 1706. In order to witness a baptism, she herself must have been baptised - further identification required.1

She potentially witnessed the baptism of Christina van der Caep on 21 November 1706 Nederduitsche Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town), this witness has not been positively identified.3
