BaptismAbraham van de Caep was baptized on 19 June 1712 Nederduitsche Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town). The baptism was witnessed by Jacomijntje Aarons.2 
Slave BirthsBefore 19 June 1712, Abraham van de Caep was born in bondage and was owned by Joost Ventura de Caep de Goede Hoop.1
