Elisabeth van de Caep1

F, #18957, b. before 16 January 1689
Mother-Candidate*Semesia van Madagascar b. c 1665; This is a candidate relationship offered with a view toward further discovery in the record. A company owned slave Elisabeth baptises in 1737 as the daughter of Simesia van de Caap [sic] a daughter named Maria; and in 1750, described as Elisabeth van Simosia van de Caapp [sic] successfully purchases the freedom of the same Maria as a 12-year-old. I have been unable to identify any other Elisabeth as a candidate to be Elisabeth mother of Maria.1
