Slave Birth - Company OwnedDirk van de Caep van Sibilla was born in bondage before 18 June 1690 and was owned by the VOC (Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie), Slave Lodge, de Caep de Goede Hoop, Dirk van de Caep van Sibilla.1
BaptismDirk van de Caep van Sibilla was baptized on 18 June 1690 Nederduitsch Gereformeerde Kerk, (Cape Town), de Caep de Goede Hoop. The baptism was witnessed by H. Capt Willem Padt and Andrijs de Man.1 
Slaves Owned by the CompanyOn 18 June 1690 Isabella van de Caep and Dirk van de Caep van Sibilla were enslaved and owned by the VOC (Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie) at the Cape.2
