On 8 April 1689 Willem ten Rhijnen was doctor of medicine and member of the Council of Justice Batavia.³

Slave Transactions

On 8 April 1689 Caliste van Macassar was sold by Gualter Zeeman on behalf of Willem ten Rhijnen to Elsie Suurwaarden, for Rds. 50.³
On 15 April 1693 Pieter van Nias was sold on behalf of Willem ten Rhijnen by Simon van der Stel, to Willem ten Damme for Rds. 70.⁴
On 6 September 1697 Susanna van Bengale on behalf of Willem ten Rhijnen by Simon van der Stel to Hendricùs Munckerùs, for Rds. 65.⁵
