Pieter was from the Nias and was perhaps born there in 1665/66. He was said to be 27 or 28 years old in 1693.¹

Slave Transactions

On 15 April 1693 Pieter van Nias was sold on behalf of Willem ten Rhijnen by Simon van der Stel, to Willem ten Damme for Rds. 70.²
On 13 May 1693 Pieter van Nias was sold by Willem ten Damme to Pieter Jansz Louw, for Rds. 70.³
