Property TransactionsOn 28 June 1726 the 63 morgan farm Wolwedans tussen de Paardebergh en de Mosselbanksrivier was sold by Jan Valk to Willem Stolts. Stolts borrowed the money from Hendrik Swellengrebel and over the course of the rest of his life he repaid the full amount of Rds 666, with the last instalment of Rds 365 paid from his estate in 1750. Stolts lived on Wolwedans from 1726 to 1743, although he owned the property until his decease in 1750.1
